Removable/Reusable Exhaust Covers

Removable/Reusable Valve & Process Covers
All covers are designed so as they are easily removed and replaced when access is required to the specific equipment.
Fixing can be Industrial Hook & Loop ( this would depend on temperature and environment) or Stainless steel pins with lock wire or stainless steel springs.
Fabric Expansion Joints
High pressure and small movement requirements are well suited with convoluted METALLIC bellows. But what about the low pressure with excessive movement, Axial, Lateral & Angular?
Future Thermal will design and manufacture a FABRIC expansion joint to suit most mediums however big the misalignment is. Each fabric expansion joint is custom engineered to the design requirements. Selection of material is based on individual specifications.
Pipe & Process Insulation & Cladding (Fixed)
We have experts that have had over 30 years experience design and installation of lagging and cladding of pipework and vessels.
We can install insulation to maintain all temperature requirements depending on whether you're looking to guard against temperature variations within or guard against atmospheric temperature variations.
The correct selection of insulation and cladding material is critical to the performance of the installed product.
Ceramic Fibre Products
The yarn is manufactured by carding high purity ceramic fibre 1260 grade with a small percentage of cellulose fibre to assist in processing. The cellulose content will burn off above 200°C without affecting the properties. This includes:

Glass Fibre Products
The fibres used are specially developed for temperatures up to 550°C and will resist, most oils, chemicals & solvents. This includes:
